Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the DecorAI — AI Interior Design mobile application (the “App”) and the website located at www.decorai.us (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your personal data.

By downloading or using the App, or by visiting the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our services.

Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration details, such as your name and email address, if you create an account.
• Photos and images of rooms you upload to the App for AI design generation.
• Communications you send to our support team, including the content and context of those messages.
• Payment and subscription information processed through RevenueCat and your app store provider. We do not store raw payment card data.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage data such as features accessed, screens viewed, design styles selected, and time spent within the App.
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics collected via Firebase to help us diagnose and fix technical issues.
• IP address and general geographic location derived from network connection.
• Website browsing behavior on the Site, including pages viewed, referral sources, and session duration, collected via Google Analytics.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) used by Google AdMob to deliver and measure advertisements.

Room Photos and Generated Images

When you use the AI design generation features, the photos you upload are transmitted to our AI infrastructure providers (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai) solely to generate the requested design output. Photos are processed transiently for this purpose. We do not sell or license your room photos to third parties for any reason unrelated to providing the App's core functionality.

We work with carefully selected third-party service providers to operate the App and Site. Each provider acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by contractual data protection obligations consistent with applicable privacy law. The table below summarises the providers we use, the purpose for which data is shared, and a link to their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Disclosure to the service providers listed above occurs only as necessary to provide the App's functionality or as required by law.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law.

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently erased from our systems.
• Room photos: Photos submitted for AI processing are used transiently to produce the design output. They are not stored on our servers beyond the time required to complete the generation request.
• Generated design images: Stored in your account history and retained until you delete them or your account is closed.
• Usage and analytics data: Aggregated or pseudonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months for performance analysis and product improvement.
• Financial and transaction records: Retained for the period required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, typically seven years.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data. We honour these rights regardless of where you are located, to the extent technically practicable.

The App and Site are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us immediately at hello@rocketdigital.ai and we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our systems.

In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is higher than 13 (such as 16 in certain European countries), we apply the applicable local minimum age requirement.

Rocket Digital Limited is headquartered in Hong Kong. By using the App, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our third-party providers operate.
